Plebs is a funny take on Modern Life in Ancient Rome
Billed as The Inbetweeners in Ancient Rome, Plebs follows three desperate young men from the suburbs as they try to get laid, hold down jobs, and climb the social ladder in the big city--that happens to be Ancient Rome.
I Loved it! Charming, likable characters, upbeat music and a unique setting. This show is very easy to watch and get into. By transplanting modern dilemmas into a classical setting, Plebs manages to be both funny and original.
Its good for 3 seasons then starts to fade away, but a must watch if you liked The Inbetweeners and enjoy British comedies in general
