Greyhound - A naval ww2 story, inspired by true events
Tom Hanks stars in this period film about a Navy captains first attempt at making the perilous Atlantic crossing in an international convoy whose job it is to deliver goods and troops during WW2. He is hunted by a pack of German U-boats, known to patrol those waters and responsible for crippling the supply corridor between the US and England during the war.
Short, direct and suspenseful. Full of edge-of-your-seat moments.
